A Brussel’s University Executive MBa pass out in International Marketing and having worked in diverse industries, with companies like -, RPG Spencers, L’OREAL, Shyam Steel, JLL India, Salim Group of Indonesia, Trimex Minerals, Citi Bank, and Ramkrishna Forgings for more than 15 years, in multiple leadership roles, Ms Roy have been helping sector agnostic companies and industries in their strategic growth plans, for past 9 years since 2017, key areas have been Market development, Revenue streams enhancements, Marketing & Brand building. She has been giving her expert marketing and business development consulting services to some of the Top Luxury Residential Real Estate projects by Top most Real Estate Developers in our country, like TRUMP Tower in India, Peninsula Land, Kanakia Group, DLF, Provenance Land to name a few.

Further post pandemic She figured out the growth potential of the SME & MSME companies and the gap which has become a hindrance in these companies growth path. However, this made her realise the need of providing Business coaching and Strategic consulting services to SME’s and MSME companies, enterprises, and startup founders to build robust businesses from an idea stage to the execution and expansion stages. Apart from her deep involvement in the hardcore businesses, she has also been active member in the board of WICCI as the National President for Real Estate sector and for a brief period was appointed as the Executive Director TiE Kolkata.

Along with her corporate life, she kept her spiritual studies alive and applied those principles & techniques, to resolve issues in personal and professional life of many. She is an Internationally Certified Spiritual Educationist and specialised in spiritual psychology. With her on going research and study in Energy Healing science, Psychology & Neuroscience modalities, she has developed her own courses and modules for Various Mind Transformation programs for individuals and groups.
